The Irving Public Library invites residents to review plans for the new South Irving Library facility by participating in a community input meeting at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 9 or 6:30 p.m. Aug. 11 in the Council Conference Room at City Hall, 825 W. Irving Blvd. Construction is slated to begin in 2012 and the new library will open in 2013.
