The new facility will feature a pre-engineered metal building with metal paneling and masonry customized for the high demands of fleet maintenance, ensuring efficiency and operational excellence. The greenfield site will also undergo extensive infrastructure work, with key features designed to enhance functionality, optimize workflow, and accommodate a variety of fleet vehicles. The conditioned facility is set to offer enhanced service capabilities, with a key location within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex for easy access to all clients.

This new facility allows us to expand our reach and continue delivering top-notch services to our customers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. On behalf of my father and business partner, Jeff, we truly look forward to being a valued Irving tenant and team player to help grow not only our business but provide value to all involved both now and later for years to come,” said Jonathan Barnes

Clay Rudick, CEO of Rudick Construction Group, expressed his enthusiasm for the project, saying, "We are honored to have been selected to build this cutting-edge facility for Barnes Brothers. Our team is committed to delivering a first-class maintenance facility that will meet the evolving needs of their business. We look forward to collaborating closely with them and bringing this vision to reality."
