Lu is described as 5'4" tall, weighing 140 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a yellow shirt with letters on the front and jeans. He also wears prescription glasses and requires daily medication for schizophrenia.
A Missing Person report has been entered into the Texas Crime Information Center (TCIC) and the National Crime Information Center (NCIC). Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is urged to contact the Fort Worth Police Department at 817-392-4222 and reference case number FWPD #24-74284.
