Three championship organizations are collaborating to bring the NTT INDYCAR SERIES to the streets of Arlington, Texas. Penske Entertainment, the Dallas Cowboys, and REV Entertainment, the official events partner of the Texas Rangers, announced the creation of the INDYCAR Grand Prix of Arlington, with the first race scheduled for March 2026.
The race will feature a 2.73-mile track that passes two iconic venues: AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, and Globe Life Field, home of the Texas Rangers. The track will navigate through Arlington’s sports and entertainment district, known for hosting over 1.6 million spectators annually.
The new racing event will provide Arlington and its organizers with a national television showcase, as FOX has committed to live coverage as part of its partnership with INDYCAR.
The NTT INDYCAR SERIES is recognized as North America’s premier open-wheel racing competition, featuring high-speed races with drivers competing at speeds exceeding 230 mph. The INDYCAR Grand Prix of Arlington will join the series, which includes prestigious events like the Indianapolis 500.
Event leadership expressed excitement about the partnership. Miller brings more than three decades of experience to the role, including previously serving as president of California Speedway and senior vice president of operations at the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA), a leading worldwide voice for more than 7,000 companies in the automotive aftermarket.
