Homeowners and tenants are responsible for keeping their property free from litter, brush and outside storage items. Outside storage items include the following.
- Appliances not designed for outdoor use
- Building materials
- Car parts and accessories
- Household furniture
- Playground equipment and toys
- Storage boxes
- Tools and work equipment
- Trash
Any outside storage must be kept in an enclosed building or removed from the property. It is a code violation to store items in an open carport, on an exposed porch or patio.
