On October 18, 2024, 27-year-old Jonathan Ray Ramos of Grand Prairie was found Guilty of Sexual Assault of a Child in a Dallas Courtroom. This was an appeals case. The jury withheld the original conviction and sentenced Ramos to 10 years in prison.
The case was prosecuted by Conner Sheets and Kristen vanBolden. The DA investigators were Walter Clifton Jr., Laura Brakefield, Tomicka McCloud and Lorraine Resendez. The DA Victim Advocate was Flor De La Fuente.
