On November 8, 2024, at approximately 2 a.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting in the 9700 block of Harry Hines Boulevard, near Bachman Lake. The preliminary investigation revealed that one person had been shot by an unidentified suspect. Dallas Fire-Rescue arrived at the scene, but the victim was pronounced dead at the location.
The victim’s identity will not be released until their next-of-kin have been notified. The case is ongoing, documented under case number 169122-2024.
