UPDATE: On November 13th, the Irving Police Department was notified by the Tyler Police Department of the arrest of Patrick Francis Hoverstein in Tyler, TX. Hoversten is currently in the Smith County Jail awaiting transfer to the Irving Jail.

On November 10, a man described as a white male, aged 50 to 60, entered a business near SH-183 and Esters Road in Irving, Texas, where he sexually assaulted a female employee after forcing her into a back room. The suspect has been identified as 58-year-old Patrick Francis Hoversten of Sonoma, California, who is employed as a truck driver.
Authorities believe Hoversten is currently in the Laredo, Texas area, and the Irving Police Department has issued a warrant for his arrest.
