The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating a person of interest connected to a shooting that occurred on November 16, 2024, in the 2900 block of Prince Hall Lane. The individual, seen in photos wearing all black clothing, is being investigated in relation to the ongoing case.
On November 16, officers responded to a shooting call at around 2:15 p.m. Upon arrival, they found a man who had been shot. The victim, later identified, was taken to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries on November 21, 2024.
