Portillo’s (NASDAQ: PTLO), the fast-casual chain renowned for its Chicago-style street food, will open its seventh Texas location in Grapevine on Thursday, December 5, at 460 West State Highway 114. The opening event will begin at 10 a.m. with a ribbon-cutting ceremony featuring Portillo’s Vice President of Operations, Mike Roman.

As part of the ceremony, Portillo’s will present a donation to its charity partner, the Grapevine-Colleyville Education Foundation.

The new 6,250-square-foot restaurant will feature the brand’s first-ever “Restaurant of the Future” design, which includes a rustic garage theme, a smaller and more efficient layout, and accommodations for both dine-in and off-premise guests. The restaurant will seat approximately 125 guests indoors and nearly 40 on a seasonal outdoor patio. It also includes double drive-thru lanes, a grab-and-go area, and pick-up shelves for added convenience.

Guests can look forward to Portillo’s signature menu items, including Chicago-style Hot Dogs, Italian Beef Sandwiches, Char-Grilled Burgers, crinkle-cut French fries, and its iconic Chocolate Cake.

“The addition of Portillo’s to the more than 200 curated dining options in Grapevine is a testament to our city’s commitment to offering diverse and exceptional culinary experiences,” said Grapevine Mayor William D. Tate. “This exciting new option not only enhances our dining scene but also reflects our dedication to creating meaningful connections and enriching the lives of our citizens.”
