On December 16, 2024, at approximately 3:35 a.m., Dallas Police responded to a call for service in the 10400 block of Chelmsford Drive in the Pleasant Grove area. Upon arrival, officers discovered a victim who had been shot. Dallas Fire-Rescue personnel responded to the scene and determined that the victim had died.
