On December 30, 2024, at approximately 11:00 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 17500 block of Dallas Parkway in Far North Dallas.
Officers discovered a juvenile aged girl suffering from gunshot wounds to the abdomen inside a vehicle. Dallas Fire-Rescue transported the victim to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
Further investigation revealed that 17-year-old Frank Molina Pacheco shot the victim while they were both in a vehicle in the 3500 block of Timberglen Road. After the shooting, Pacheco attempted to drive the victim to a hospital but crashed in the 17500 block of Dallas Parkway.
Pacheco was arrested at the scene and charged with Manslaughter.
