Celina Police arrested 76-year-old Timothy Oliver Adams, a former substitute bus driver for Celina ISD, on charges of Indecency with a Child and Improper Relationship between Educator and Student.
The allegations surfaced on Monday, January 13, 2025, when Celina ISD officials were informed of alleged inappropriate contact between Adams and a female student. Adams had worked as a substitute bus driver for the district from December 2023 to May 2024.
The district immediately notified the Celina Police Department and terminated Adams’ employment upon learning of the accusations. According to authorities, the alleged incidents occurred on a school bus.
Adams was subsequently arrested by the Celina Police Department and booked into the Collin County Jail. The investigation remains ongoing.
