On Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at approximately 4:06 a.m., officers responded to a shooting in the 2500 block of Collin McKinney Parkway. Upon arrival, they found a 19-year-old male victim suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities believe this was an isolated incident and have stated there is no ongoing threat to the public. Detectives are actively investigating and urge anyone with information to come forward.
