The Fort Worth Police Department is requesting assistance in identifying a suspect involved in an armed carjacking on Tuesday, January 20, 2025. At approximately 5:50 p.m., the suspect approached a victim at the QT located at 4101 Airport Fwy, near the N. Beach St. corner, and offered to pay $50 for a ride.
The victim drove the suspect to the address provided, but when they arrived, the suspect admitted he did not have the money. After attempting to get the suspect to exit the vehicle multiple times, the suspect pointed a knife at the victim, making a stabbing motion while demanding the victim’s car keys. The suspect took the victim's wallet, keys, phone, and the vehicle—a white, 2008 Chevrolet Silverado with a chrome tool box in the bed.
The suspect is described as a tall, white male with dirty blonde hair, wearing black jeans, a black shirt, black hoodie, carrying a black backpack and a red blanket. He appears to be homeless.
