Fugitive with Extensive Deportation History Sought by Grapevine Police for Child Sexual Assault

Wanted: Jose Antonio Marquina-Bonilla

The Grapevine Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating Jose Antonio Marquina-Bonilla, 33, a criminal illegal immigrant from Honduras, who is accused of aggravated sexual assault of a child, a first-degree felony. Marquina-Bonilla is also listed on the "Texas 10 Most Wanted Criminal Illegal Immigrant" list and has a warrant for his arrest for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Young Child issued on June 16, 2025.

Detectives believe Marquina-Bonilla is currently hiding with friends or family in North Texas. He has known ties to Tarrant County, including Grapevine.

Authorities highlight Marquina-Bonilla's history of multiple arrests by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) for Alien Admissibility in 2015 (Texas), 2016 (Arizona), and 2018 (California). He was deported by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to Honduras in June 2016 and again in November 2023 after being arrested by Grapevine Police in October 2023 for Assault Causes Bodily Injury of a Family Member and subsequently convicted. Despite these deportations, he has re-entered Texas.
