Seven Destination Imagination teams from Irving ISD have advanced to the 2025 Lone Star Finals, set to take place on March 29 at the University of Texas at Arlington. Two of these teams also qualified in the Extreme Challenge category.

In addition to the team achievements, three students were awarded the Mid-Cities Creativity Impact Scholarship, each receiving $1,000, while one student earned an honorable mention with a $500 scholarship.
