Jose Jimenez-Hernandez, 32, has pleaded guilty to four counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and was sentenced to 30 years in prison, the Tarrant County District Attorney's Office announced on Thursday, June 5th.
Jimenez-Hernandez was found to have sexually abused a 12-year-old girl, who lived in the same Euless home, multiple times in 2024. The victim bravely disclosed to Euless Police officers that he used threats to force her compliance.
The case was prosecuted by Katherine Messina, with DA investigator Clint Leach assisting in the investigation.
