On June 14, 2025, two employees of the Dallas Police Department were arrested in separate incidents for Driving While Intoxicated, both classified as Class B Misdemeanors.
Officer Bradley Hance, badge #8569, was arrested by the Texas Department of Public Safety. Hance has been with the department since September 2004 and is currently assigned to the Unmanned Air Support Unit. Following his arrest, he was placed on administrative leave pending the results of an internal investigation.
In a separate incident on the same day, Community Outreach Representative Eunsup Kim, 72, was arrested by the Dallas Police Department. Kim has served with the department since June 1995 and is assigned to the Office of Community Affairs. He has also been placed on administrative leave while an internal investigation is conducted.
Both investigations remain ongoing.
