The City of Irving is inviting residents and stakeholders to participate in the second public hearing for the Fiscal Year 2025-26 (FY26) Annual Action Plan, scheduled for Thursday, July 10 at 7 p.m. at Irving City Hall, located at 825 W. Irving Blvd.
Each year, the City’s Housing & Redevelopment Division prepares an Annual Action Plan outlining how it will allocate federal funds received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). These funds support programs aimed at providing housing, maintaining a suitable living environment, and expanding economic opportunities for low- and moderate-income residents.
In addition to the public hearing, residents can submit written comments through Friday, July 18. Comments may be submitted in the following ways:
