On Wednesday afternoon, July 30, at approximately 3:40 pm, emergency services with the Irving Police Department responded to a major crash involving an overturned semi-trailer on State Highway 114.
The crash occurred in the eastbound lanes of SH-114 between Esters Boulevard and Belt Line Road. Authorities confirmed the semi-truck overturned, scattering debris across multiple lanes.
As of Wednesday evening, only the right lane remains open while crews continue cleanup efforts. Drivers are urged to avoid the area and seek alternate routes. The westbound express lane were also closed due to debris. No injuries have been reported at this time.
