The City of Irving is currently in the planning phase for its Fiscal Year 2025-2026 (FY26) budget and is inviting residents to provide suggestions, feedback, and opinions on priorities for the upcoming year. The FY26 budget will cover the period from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026.
City leadership is actively seeking public input as it prepares to finalize the proposed spending plan. The adoption of the budget is scheduled for Thursday, September 18, during a City Council meeting.
Residents are encouraged to take part in the budget planning process by contacting city officials or attending upcoming public meetings.
The annual budget outlines funding for key city services, including public safety, infrastructure, parks, and community programs.
