Lewisville Police Arrest 19-Year-Old in Aggravated Robbery Cases

Lewisville, TX — A 19-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a pair of aggravated robberies that occurred earlier this month in Lewisville.

On September 9, 2025, the Lewisville Police Department issued a BOLO alert for a male suspect linked to robberies near Corporate Drive and Southwest Parkway. Detectives later identified the suspect as Mario Anaya.

On September 16, Anaya was taken into custody without incident. He has been charged with two counts of aggravated robbery and one count of interference with an emergency request for assistance. Jail records show he is being held at the Lewisville Jail on a total bond of $110,000 — $50,000 for each aggravated robbery charge and $10,000 for the interference charge.

In a statement, police commended the work of their detectives and officers, calling the arrest an example of the department’s commitment to public safety.
