FORT WORTH, TX – Palladium Oak Grove, a 240-home community for households earning 30% to 80% of the area median income, officially opened this week in Fort Worth.
The development offers a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, including 101 one-bedroom units, 105 two-bedroom units, and 34 three-bedroom units. Sizes range from roughly 751 square feet for one-bedroom homes to 1,154 square feet for three-bedrooms.
“Investment in high-quality affordable housing is a priority for the City. I appreciate having a partner in that mission with Palladium,” said District 9 Councilmember Elizabeth M. Beck.
The community spans nearly 10 acres and offers approximately 214,837 net rentable square feet. Total development costs came to over $58 million, supported by tax-exempt bonds, tax credit equity, city contributions, and financing from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. The Fort Worth Housing Finance Corp. serves as a general partner.
