Alexander Moore Walker, 30, was convicted for the manufacture and delivery of methamphetamine following a traffic stop in Richardson. During the stop, police observed the vehicle leaving a known high-crime area. Walker, a passenger, consented to a search that revealed powder cocaine, oxycodone pills, and marijuana.
Further investigation at the jail uncovered a significant quantity of methamphetamine concealed on Walker’s person. Authorities also seized three phones containing messages and photos indicating large-scale narcotics sales.
Walker was found guilty and sentenced to 25 years in prison. The case was prosecuted by Lead DA Michael Chang, with assistance from co-counsel Mason Rodriguez and DA Investigator Bonita Morgan. The Richardson Police Department led the investigation.
