Flower Mound, Texas – A 14-year-old girl was killed Tuesday afternoon after being struck by a pickup truck at the intersection of Valley Ridge Boulevard and Browning Drive. The collision occurred around 3:45 p.m. on December 2, 2025.
According to the Flower Mound Police Department, the driver, a 60-year-old Lewisville resident, was stopped at a stop sign in a 2020 Chevrolet pickup when the pedestrian began crossing the street. She was struck by the vehicle and sustained severe injuries.
The victim was transported by the Flower Mound Fire Department to Medical City Denton Hospital, where she later died. The driver was not injured and remained at the scene.
Police said the investigation into the circumstances of the crash is ongoing. No additional details about the pedestrian or the driver have been released at this time.
