GAINESVILLE, TX - A weeks-long search for a missing teenager ended late Sunday night when Gainesville police located her at a local motel, leading to the arrest of two adults.
The Search for Kymberlee
The investigation began on December 18, 2025, when the parents of Kymberlee Ann Orozco reported her missing to the Gainesville Police Department. Officials classified the case as a runaway after determining the teen had voluntarily left her home without consent.
This marked the third time since August 2025 that Kymberlee had been reported as a runaway. Due to the repeated nature of the incidents and her age, officers launched an active search and issued public alerts to help bring her home safely.
Late-Night Discovery
On Sunday, January 11, 2026, at approximately 11:20 PM, investigators received a tip regarding the teen's whereabouts. Officers responded to the America's Best Value Inn in the 3000 block of East Highway 82.
Upon entering a room at the motel, police located Kymberlee accompanied by two adults. The teen was safely recovered and has since been released back to her parents.

-
Kevin Cloyce Graves, 38, of Gainesville
Both were taken into custody and charged with Harboring a Runaway Child, a Class A Misdemeanor in Texas. Authorities have set their bonds at $10,000 each.
