DALLAS, TX — Two people are dead and a suspect is facing capital murder charges after an early-morning stabbing near Deep Ellum Station.
According to the Dallas Police Department, officers responded around 1:35 a.m. Saturday, February 7, to a stabbing call in the 400 block of North Good Latimer Expressway.
Investigators determined the incident began during a fight in the 2600 block of Floyd Street. During the altercation, 28-year-old Alyshah Punjani and 30-year-old Adrian Williams Jr. were allegedly stabbed by 27-year-old Sergio Naffarratte.
Both victims were transported to Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas, where they later died from their injuries.
Naffarratte was also taken to a hospital for treatment of a minor cut and was released. He was subsequently arrested and booked into the Dallas County Jail on two counts of Capital Murder.
The investigation remains ongoing under case number 017633-2026.
