DALLAS, TX - On Sunday, February 15, 2026, at approximately 12:59 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a call in the 1100 block of Holly Glen Circle in the Wolf Creek area of southwest Dallas.
When officers arrived, they found 21-year-old Randy-Xsavious Ashley deceased at the location. Preliminary findings indicate he had been shot. Ashley was a former student-athlete at Duncanville High School.
Investigators later determined that 40-year-old Reunterio Smith was responsible for the shooting. Police confirmed that the suspect and victim were known to one another.
Smith was arrested on February 16, 2026, and charged with Murder. The case is documented under Dallas Police case number 021845-2026.
