Downtown Irving Businesses Celebrate Improvements Through City Incentive Program

IRVING, Texas — Two downtown businesses are marking major upgrades and growth after completing projects supported by the city’s enhancement incentive programs.

JPT Graphics, a branding and design company, unveiled a new mural along Irving Boulevard that highlights the Heritage District. The artwork, themed “Creativity Blossoms Here,” features native Texas flowers and butterflies and is designed to enhance the area’s visual appeal while serving as a popular photo backdrop.

Southern Petals & Pour also celebrated the completion of exterior upgrades, including new siding, windows, doors and fresh paint. The floral shop plans to expand its offerings to include events, a tea bar and wine service.

City officials said both projects were made possible through Irving’s Enhancement Incentive Programs, which focus on public-private partnerships to support visible improvements and long-term investment in the downtown area and Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 2.

The completed projects reflect continued momentum in Downtown Irving, with city leaders highlighting the role of small businesses in strengthening the district’s character and vibrancy.
