Irving residents can pick up free mulch at the Hunter Ferrell Landfill the entire month of April. Proof of residence is required; bring a driver’s license or state ID card and water bill with a matching address.

Mulch is available in bulk, so transporting in pickup truck bed works well. Otherwise bring bags or containers to collect mulch. Staff will be on-site to assist if needed.
