Irving Police Arrest Woman With Outstanding Warrants in Four Different Jurisdictions

Irving Police Department apprehended 32-year-old Raven-Symon Hutchins on August 18, 2023, on a range of charges including theft, drug possession, and outstanding warrants from various jurisdictions.

According to the Irving Police Department records, Hutchins was taken into custody for theft of property valued between $100 and $750. In addition to the theft charge, Hutchins was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. The specifics of the drug in question were not disclosed in the initial reports.

Moreover, Hutchins had an outstanding warrant issued by the Irving Police Department for driving without a valid license.

Further investigation revealed that Hutchins was wanted by the City Marshal's Office in Dallas for a series of offenses. These included charges related to driving without a valid license, reckless driving without a license, and speeding without a license. The details surrounding these charges were not immediately available.

In addition to the warrants from Irving and Dallas, Hutchins faced legal action from the Red Oak Police Department. She was wanted for offenses related to expired vehicle registration and failure to appear in court.

The legal entanglements extended beyond Red Oak, as Hutchins also had a warrant from the Farmers Branch Police Department. This warrant pertained to speeding violations within the city limits.

Raven-Symon Hutchins is currently in custody at the Irving Jail and is expected to face a series of legal proceedings related to the charges and outstanding warrants.
