On September 1, 2023, at approximately 4:00 am, Carrollton police responded to a stabbing incident at the Greentree Apartments located at 1120 Mac Arthur Dr in Carrollton, TX.
Carrollton Police Officers were dispatched to the scene by a 911 call and were later flagged down by two individuals who were standing outside one of the apartments.
According to reports, one of the residents was asleep at the time when the alleged suspect, identified as 20-year-old Pascual Alexander Guachiac Xum, entered the room and informed him of a confrontation with another roommate.
Upon their arrival, law enforcement discovered the victim in a back bedroom, unfortunately, deceased as a result of the incident.
The suspect, Pascual Alexander Guachiac Xum, was subsequently taken into custody by the authorities.
The Dallas County Medical Examiner has identified the victim as 28-year-old Victor Chox Ixquiactap.
