Lake Worth Police Searching for Suspect for Armed Robbery at Shell Station

At approximately 11:10 this morning, the Lake Worth Emergency Communications Center (ECC) received a silent panic alarm from the Lake Worth Market Shell located at 6051 Lake Worth Blvd. Authorities quickly responded to the scene.

Upon arrival, officers were informed that a Hispanic male in his 20s, described as wearing a black Adidas hoodie and gray shorts, had entered the store and robbed the clerk at gunpoint. The suspect demanded cash and managed to obtain approximately $200 before fleeing the scene.

The suspect was last seen heading south from the store. Thankfully, the clerk was unharmed during the incident.

Lake Worth Police is asking anyone with information on the suspect’s identity or whereabouts to contact detectives at 817-237-1224 or LWCID@lakeworthtx.org. If seen, please call 911 and do not approach.
