Irving Police Continue Prostitution Crackdown, Make Five More Arrests

In a continued effort to combat prostitution, Irving Police make further arrests.  Yesterday, Irving Weekly reported that four men were arrested for soliciting prostitution and one female for prostitution.  On Wednesday, September 13th, four additional men were taken into custody for soliciting prostitution, and one woman was arrested for prostitution.

  1. Leoncio Hernandez, 39 years old, was arrested at 9:46 pm. At the time of reporting, no bond amount had been issued for his release.

  2. Name removed due to charges dropped in February 2024.  

  3. Brandon Rafael Robinson, 28 years old, was arrested at 5:58 pm. Additionally, Robinson had outstanding warrants from the Southlake Police Department.

  4. Robert Spencer, 42 years old, was arrested at approximately 10:59 pm.

Furthermore, Heidey Santiesteban, a 31-year-old female, was arrested at around 10 pm on charges of prostitution.

The Irving Police Department continues its efforts to address the issue of prostitution within the community, with these arrests marking the latest step in their crackdown on such activities.
