The two victims were identified as 18-year-old Alan Jesus Chavez and 17-year-old Ruben Santibanez Arzola, both residents of Wylie.

The Garland Police Department is actively seeking 16-year-old Amancio Anton Noriz, a Dallas resident, who is the subject of the warrant. Despite the customary non-disclosure of information about minors, the court has granted permission to release details due to the gravity of the offense.

Upon arrival, they discovered two male subjects with apparent gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported to the hospital, where they later succumbed to their injuries.

The Garland Police Department urges the public to report any information on Amancio's whereabouts immediately by calling 911. Amancio is described as a Hispanic male with dark hair, brown eyes, approximately 4’ 9” in height, and weighing around 120 pounds.
