Dallas Police have issued arrest warrants for 17-year-old Pablo Veliz in connection with two separate homicides. According to authorities, Veliz is the suspect in the shooting deaths of 16-year-old Isaac Aguirre on May 2, 2024, and 27-year-old Aarzo Jones on December 11, 2023.
The incident involving Aguirre occurred at the intersection of North Masters Drive and Carolina Oaks Drive after a minor accident escalated into a physical altercation. Veliz allegedly opened fire during the altercation, resulting in Aguirre's death and injuries to two others. Aguirre succumbed to his wounds at a nearby hospital, while the other two victims have since recovered.
In the case of Aarzo Jones, Veliz is accused of fatally shooting him in the 10500 block of Lake June Road. Jones was transported to the hospital by private vehicle but did not survive his injuries.
