On October 15, 2024, at approximately 3:15 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting in the 5900 block of Highland Village Drive. Upon arrival, officers discovered 36-year-old Quentin Brown suffering from gunshot wounds in the parking lot of an apartment complex. Dallas Fire-Rescue transported Brown to a local hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
The preliminary investigation led officers to identify 22-year-old Alonzo Green as the suspect. Green was arrested and charged with Murder. The investigation remains ongoing and is documented under case number 157195-2024.
