IRVING, Texas – Caterpillar Inc. is growing its presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with the acquisition of a new building at 901 W. Walnut Hill Lane in Irving. The facility, located near the company’s existing Williams Square offices, will help accommodate the company’s expanding workforce and customer operations in North Texas.
Headquartered in Irving since 2022, Caterpillar has maintained a strong commitment to the local community. In its Centennial year of 2025, the company and its employees and retirees donated over $1.9 million to more than 300 organizations across Texas.
The expansion reflects Caterpillar’s ongoing investment in the region and its focus on supporting both employees and the communities where they live and work.
