Initial reports indicated a juvenile had been ejected from an ATV after crashing in a field.

Responders arrived and located the victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene from his injuries.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office identified the victim as Brayden Martin, a 14-year-old eighth-grade student at Aledo Middle School. Family and community members said he had celebrated his 14th birthday on April 14.

Funeral arrangements shared by family members include a rosary and visitation scheduled for 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 27, at White's Funeral Home.

A funeral Mass is scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday, May 28, at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, followed by a graveside service at Black Family Cemetery.
