The Grand Prairie Police Department is investigating a fatal traffic collision that occurred today, Saturday, July 22nd, in the 1900 block of E IHâ€30.
At approximately 4:10 A.M., a Chevrolet pickup truck towing a utility trailer was traveling eastbound on IHâ€30 when the vehicle crashed into the TEXpress lane attenuator. The driver, a single occupant, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The identity of the deceased will be released by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office once the next of kin has been notified.
This collision remains under investigation.
