The Grand Prairie Police Department is investigating a fatal traffic collision that occurred on Friday, October 13th in the 3000 block of S. Carrier Parkway between Arkansas Ln and W Warrior Trail.
At approximately 10:00 pm, a Cadillac passenger car was traveling north on S. Carrier Parkway when the driver lost control and struck a light pole. The driver and two passengers sustained serious injuries and were transported to a local hospital.
One of the passengers later succumbed to their injuries and was pronounced deceased by medical staff. The identity of the deceased will be released by the Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office once next of kin has been notified.
The two other occupants remain in critical condition.
The crash remains under investigation.
