Arrest Made in Duncanville Shooting, One Suspect Remains At-Large

The Duncanville Police Department is appealing to the public for help in an ongoing investigation into a shooting incident that occurred on Friday, November 17, 2023, at approximately 5:18 p.m. The incident unfolded in the 300 block of Linkwood Dr in Duncanville.

Preliminary information suggests that two unidentified suspects shot a male victim. Responding to the incident, Duncanville police officers found the victim with apparent gunshot wounds and administered immediate first aid. The wounded individual was then transported to a local hospital in critical condition.

Eyewitnesses at the scene reported that the assailants approached the victim as he was entering his driveway. According to witness statements, the suspects had been tailing the victim after he left a nearby bank. As the victim stepped out of his vehicle, one of the assailants discharged a firearm, injuring the victim. Both suspects reportedly fled the scene in a dark-colored Dodge Challenger, driven by a third unidentified individual.

Duncanville detectives identified two of the three suspects involved in the incident as 21-year-old Terrance Lanard Lowe Jr. and 21-year-old James Lee Wagner. Terrance Lanard Lowe Jr. was located and apprehended by the Duncanville Police Department on November 22, 2023. However, James Lee Wagner and the third unidentified suspect remain at large.

Detectives are actively working to develop additional information and the identity of the third suspect in this incident.
